Damages Policy


We by no means profess to be perfect, but we promise that we always do our best to minimize inconvenience caused through damage.

Over the years we have built up relationships with preferred delivery contractors who, understanding our products, have over time provided a reliable delivery service.
We also package our products accordingly.

What to do if your shipment arrives damaged

In the rare situation that you experience damage in your shipment, please be sure to note it on the waybill or delivery paperwork you sign and contact us as soon as possible.

If the packaging is obviously severely damaged, please refuse the shipment from the freight company and indicate your reason on the waybill or delivery paperwork.
We will arrange for a replacement or replacement parts to be rushed out.
